  • A deposit is required at the time of your registration to reserve your spot and is refundable (less a $100 processing fee) up until October 26, 2026. 

    Final payment is due November 10, 2026 and is non-refundable.

    We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance which may provide coverage for unexpected cancellations and other travel disruptions.
